User Agreements

By installing FormBoost via the Shopify App Store, you acknowledge that your use of the service is also governed by Shopify's App Store terms and standard merchant agreements.

Code of Conduct

  • 01. No misuse of form submission endpoints for spam or phishing.
  • 02. Respect all usage limits associated with your specific plan tier.
  • 03. No reverse-engineering of FormBoost logic or architectural styling.

Billing & Usage

Our pricing model is designed for transparency. FormBoost operates on a subscription-based model tied directly to your Shopify billing cycle.

Plan-based Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance. Each tier includes a fixed number of form submissions and advanced features.

Additional Usage

Overage charges may apply if your shop exceeds the plan limits. You will be notified before any auto-scaling occurs.

Responsibility

FormBoost provides the infrastructure for high-conversion forms, but the content and management of those forms are the sole responsibility of the merchant.
